"Exceeded expectations. Check in with quick, no long queues. Spacious and the staff were amazing. All very friendly and polite. Really good location, good size room and a huge bed big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 9! Would highly recommend and will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip "

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the room with unobstructive harbor view. This is a new hotel which recently opened in September 2025\. The hotel is located in an excellent location at TST with easy access to MTR, Star Ferry and taxi. The hotel conditions/amenities/staff were great! Also, the Jija restaurant at the hotel lobby was very good! I'd certainly book this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong.. "
