« The room was very small and very very basic. The AC worked well but it was quite noisy. The TV screen had a large stain ilike defect that was very distracting. One of the shower doors was missing which made it difficult to shower without wetting the toilet area. One thing I did appreciate was the lack of stest noise, however the noisy AC negated that benefit. »

« Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles...

« I like it because it is in the city proper but the moment we enter our suite, there is a dead huge cockroach in the floor, rag going to the washroom is filthy and there’s a baby cockroach crawling at night. You can’t really tell how dirty it is because the light is dimmed. »
