I was not prepared for the lengthy agreement that had to be completed and faxed but once that was done it was an easy trip after that. The people of this community are just the nicest group of people. Everyone was super kind to my 3 girls and our family. We never went out to walk our dog without someone stopping to speak or engage in a friendly conversation. The condo is on the 3rd floor so it was a little tough on our Basset Hound's little legs but he was easily convinced to continue climbing. There is an elevator that was helpful for moving in and out. This is a classy development and I would definitely consider it again if we decide to stay in South Myrtle. The pool is a little bit of a walk away but is very clean and well done. It even has two small putt-putt holes that can be played on. The condo's it self was a great two bedroom right outside of the elevator. The couch had a sleeper sofa that was perfect for our oldest.
