Communication was always prompt and all our questions were answered and concerns were met. The fenced backyard was a great feature with our two dogs. Location was a big plus, less than 15 mins to the beach and even closer to many local restaurants. It was also super conveniently close to both Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Beach. This home was big enough to bring our dogs, our good friend, and her teenage daughter as well. The property was in a safe neighborhood and was very clean. Great fenced in area for our pups. Happily, the fence was very nice new wood and there were no gaps in the fence for my small dog (6 pound miniature pincher) to squeeze through which is always a concern. Joanna responded right away when we had two simple questions about the tv and outdoor lights. Great host communication! We visited Huntington Beach park and the Atalaya castle during our visit.
