Our Three Suns and a Sea-Gal is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath oceanfront house located one mile south of Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six smart TVs (one 65-inch flat screen, YouTube TV) and Wi-Fi (high-speed Internet) are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets, and one trundle. Outdoor features include a 14-by-12.5-foot heated saltwater swimming pool, large oceanfront deck, sundeck, private beach access, two outdoor dressing rooms with separate showers, and ample parking for five to six vehicles. The swimming pool can be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 50°. The swimming pool can be heated upon request year-round when air temperatures are above 50°. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Reviewer Comments: We brought 13 of our family to the Myrtle Beach area for a family vacation. All 6 of our grandchildren, ages 13 -5 were experiencing the ocean for the first time. We chose this house because it was right on the beach but also had a pool, which we all enjoyed immensely! The accommodations were perfect for our size family. We never felt cramped and it had plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The only thing we could have used is a small supply of cleaning products so we could clean up through out the week without having to go purchase those. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can use it again in the future. Garden City Realty were great to deal with and always very responsive when we had a question prior to our arrival. Thank you for all that. As a frequent guest and already booking next year, can I make a couple suggestions for future upgrades. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. The home couldn't have been any closer to the beach. It was very convenient and we were able to get into the house about 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The kitchen was very well-stocked with plates, pots/pans, etc. The home could have been a little cleaner, as there was still sand on the floors from the previous tenants. The carpets and some of the furnishings were somewhat worn and threadbare. The pool was cleaned three times during the week, which was awesome. The agent called on Monday to ensure everything was good, and responsed to our two concerns - very much appreciated. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. We ate at the Gulfstream Cafe the final evening - very good food. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation experience at Our Three Suns. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Linda L. Lots of bedrooms to hold all our extended family. We had some trouble getting the living room tv to work but management helped us work through that problem. Clean and comfortable home. Lots of thing to do in Myrtle Beach. Saw the show at Pirates Voyage, Savannah Playground, Ripleys, Alligator Park and all was wonderful. Great vacation.
