The condo unit is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator making the condo not handicap accessible. The place was clean, generally, but after being there a day we discovered several places that needed a deeper cleaning as I have pointed out in the pictures. The statement “Ocean View “ is a big push! You had to lean over the patio railing to get a glimpse of the ocean. What you really have a view of is other houses. I think it should be pointed out that even though it is a third floor unit, it is actually four flights of stairs up to the unit. She was prompt with responses to any questions I had. Her genuine kindness made me secure in our decision to rent their condo. It was the cleanest rental I have ever had through VRBO. There were so many special touches. The proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. While this wasn’t ocean front, the condo was located right across the street from a public beach access. It was the easiest walk to the beach. Others have mentioned the stairs. Don’t be discouraged. It was just an added bonus to get some extra cardio in. My daughter and I made some lovely memories. Abbie has done a phenomenal job decorating their sweet condo. Everything was EXTREMELY clean (and I am super picky about that!) I felt very comfortable staying there. It really felt like home while we were there. It was a quick walk to the beach and the little pool was a god send for my lobster family (we burn easily and the pool is in the shade in the afternoon!). I definitely got my workout with the three floor walkup, BUT it was worth it. :-) Abbie was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Amy H. This was such a sweet condo: a well appointed, calming, and cozy place. It really felt like a home away from home. The condo had everything we needed so we could focus on our vacation. The location was perfect for our family of 4\. It was less than a five minute walk to the Garden City pier and arcade. Public beach access was directly across the street. The condo was furnished beautifully and extremely clean and well- kept. The bunk beds were perfect for our children, and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook a meal. The listing is very accurate. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book this again with Abby !
