The space:
Our 4 BR/3BA oceanfront home, ‘Hugo’s Revenge’, is ideal for large groups of 10-12 guests and is conveniently located in the heart of Garden City Beach, just 1 mile from the pier. The house is all one level on stilts and provides both privacy and ample space. Throughout your stay here, guests will enjoy waking up every morning to the sun streaming in through the windows, feeling the gentle ocean breeze while relaxing out on the spacious covered porch, and falling asleep to the soothing sound of the crashing waves.
The property features…
A Spacious Covered Porch, Sundeck, and Private Walkway. The large covered porch looks out over the ocean and features a full hammock, rocking chairs, a pub table with chairs, and outdoor sofas making it an ideal spot to enjoy sunrises, gorgeous ocean views, and beach breezes with family and friends. Down a few short steps is the sundeck area with 2 lounge chairs. Being a true oceanfront property, guests need only walk a few more steps down the private walkway for direct access to the beach. Just off the sundeck on the ground level is a charcoal grill for guests’ use.

4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located on the street-side of the home, features a single/double bunk bed, an additional double bed, a bedside table and lamp, a tall wooden dresser, closet, a TV atop set drawers, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a full bathtub/shower. Down the hall on the opposite side of the house is the 2nd (streetside) bedroom which connects to the 3rd bedroom through the adjoining bathroom. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature 2 double beds with a bedside table and lamp in between, a dresser with a mirror, closets, ceiling fans, TVs, and access to the adjoining bathroom. The bathroom has a full bathtub/shower, medicine cabinet, and vanity. The 4th (master) bedroom, boasts beautiful ocean views and direct access to the covered porch. This bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a mirror, a ceiling fan, an entertainment console with a TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom was recently renovated with a “step-in” tub/shower with whirlpool jets and a rain showerhead. This makes for a relaxing and soothing soak after a long day out on the beach.
A Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Dining. The kitchen and dining area’s bright, open layout makes spending quality time with one another effortless. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, disposal, coffee maker, and microwave. Here you will also find plenty of counter space and cabinet storage as well as dishes, glassware, utensils, and basic cookware. There is also a utility closet housing a stacked washer/dryer and various cleaning supplies. The dining area is open to the kitchen and features a large solid-wood dining table surrounded by dining chairs. With enough seating for 10-12, guests can look forward to making memories over a home-cooked meal.
A Spacious Living Room. Open to the kitchen and dining area, the living room features a large sectional with recliners, a matching club chair, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV atop a console table. Take in the beautiful views of the beach through the sliding glass porch doors, while relaxing on the couch watching your favorite movie.
