This home features new Laminate flooring throughout the whole bungalow. The living room features a couch, recliner and barrel chair. Nice sized fenced in yard with deck and BBQ grill, use of golf cart , beach chairs , beach towels, Newer HVAC. Indoor outdoor pool , water park , play ground, tennis, baseball, basketball , bocce, horseshoe pits, fishing, playground , library, dog park and Private Beach Parking. NO smoking allowed! The golf cart drivers MUST have a drivers license in order to operate it! The golf cart must remain on Oceanside Village property. We provide wireless internet and Roku TV. The fenced in back yard makes this unit very dog friendly, even though our dog preferred his many walks. We cooked most of our meals, and found everything we needed. Only minor issue was the remote for the DVD player was missing, and it didn’t work without it. Owner did a good job of checking up every couple of days. The street the house is on is quieter than some of the locations inside the community. We had everything we needed for our week stay and was comfortable. The outside deck area and fenced in area was great for our dogs. I spent a lot of time in the evenings there with a cool breeze and cocktails. We were close to Murrells Inlet and great seafood. Everything you would need is close by. The golf cart made getting to the beach with my Down Syndrome daughter so much easier and she enjoyed riding and seeing everything. He also made sure when the ac broke to have it fixed in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to provide window units until it was fixed. When the beach umbrella broke he brought us a new one. It is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Beds were comfortable as were all amenities. Working with Ken was so easy throughout the entire process. The house has everything you could need (coffee filters, spices, dishes, pots, pans, blender, dog dishes, umbrellas, chairs, kids floaties, hairdryer, etc.) We have already let Ken know we are coming back next year and we are very much looking forward to it. Very convenient location in Myrtle area. Loved being so close to the beach and riding the golf cart over was a great bonus. The dogs loved having the fenced backyard to play in.
