Don't be deceived into thinking that it's a shared house because of the massive double stairs. The whole place will be yours during your stay including the private suite! The 14x28 private saltwater pool is sure to please all ages! There are 2 arcade units, ping pong table, putt putt and much more. If you decide to venture out to the beach youll enjoy a quick walk down our quiet street straight to the sand! 6 BEDROOMS (5 Bedrooms with King beds and Bunkroom) 4.5 BATHROOMS 14X28 SALTWATER POOL HOT TUB PUTT PUTT, PING PONG AND ARCADE LESS THAN 1/2 MILE TO THE BEACH PRIVATE SUITE ON GROUND LEVEL ELEVATOR THAT GOES TO ALL LEVELS OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA FAST WIFI ELECTRIC FIREPLACE On the Main Level of Blue Sands you will find a beautifully decorated open concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your cooking and baking aficionados. The dining room area seats 18 total at the dining table and kitchen island. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a half bath located in the living area as well. You can access the back porch from the living area and also from the master suite where you can relax with a coffee in the morning or a have drinks with friends in the evening on the porch swing or in the Adirondack chairs. From the back porch you can access the pool and entertainment area which will make for a fun time for all ages. The half bath is located in this area as well. Off the kitchen is the master suite with a King Bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an incredible and large walk-in shower. Everyone staying will truly find this sanctuary worth fighting over. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth bedroom is the bunkroom with 4 full bunk beds. Every bedroom has a smart tv in them for relaxing and watching your favorite shows. Every bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. On the ground level is an amazing private suite that includes direct access to the pool area, King bed, private bathroom, and living area with smart TV. The suite is also perfect for anyone enjoying a pool day and wanting to make drinks with the industrial size ice machine or to quickly use the restroom without having to go all the way up to the house. The game room is also located on the ground level and comes with a ping pong table, karaoke machine, Miss Pacman and NBA Jam arcade units, and cornhole boards. There is also a putt putt area for guests to enjoy as well to show their skills off. Also located in the game room area is beach and pool toys available for your stay. Make your way out the large 14x 28-foot private saltwater pool and get ready for a grand ole time. There is an option to have the pool heated for your stay for a fee. There is also a standard hot tub to enjoy after a long day at the beach! The beach is less than a half mile walk away! Us 3 families fit perfectly and had a wide variety of things to do. It was comfortable, affordable, and was in a great location as it was so close to our favorite place (The Marsh Walk)! There was even the cutest Christmas tree up with lights and teal ornaments that made it feel festive and 'at home'. There was great communication when we needed to speak with the owner as well. We would definitely book here again and encourage everyone else to. ##### Robert A. Everything is very clean and the rooms had large beds that made the stay comfortable for everyone. Lots of outdoor space with games and activities. Big driveway to fit multiple cars. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Chad B. 14 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Annual Family Vacation Unfortunately, our trip occurred as tropical storm Debbie was rolling through the Carolinas. That being said, we were 11 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs, trapped in a house for nearly a week and we managed to survive! The house accommodated us very well when it came to sleeping arrangements and having a large space to eat and hangout as a family. Brock was a wonderful host and did a great job communicating with us about what to expect with the storm. The covered garage(?) area on the lower level of house allowed us a space to get outside even with all the rain and we played A LOT of ping pong to kill the time. The pool, even though minimallly used, was awesome and same with the big backyard. Elevator was a huge help for moving luggage and family members who struggle with steps. The beach is half mile down the road and easily accessible. For more privacy you can a little further south to get away from the crowds. You’re right off 17, very easy to get tot he tracery store and restaurants. Overall, the house was great and helped make a rainy vacation an enjoyable one. ##### Chad B. Spacious rooms. Inground pool and small apartment on ground level make it very easy to have family pool time. Especially when your family has a newborn and a handicapped adult. Elevator was a saving grace for my son who is partially handicapped. And pool was pretty easy for him to get in. Thank you so much for renting your home out. The owners thought of everything. It will be hard to get out of bed in the mornings as they are sooo comfortable. Host is very responsive to any questions, but you shouldn’t have any.
