The downstairs can be totally private if you’d like it to be with 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living space and the porch is to die for especially in the morning having your coffee and watching the turtles, ducks and swans. This house has a 3rd floor bedroom with bath! The 2 master baths are fantastic as well for the main floors. Plenty of room! Well done and the manager is great. The community has private beach parking for your car or a golf car! Enjoy lunch or drinks right on the beach with Conch Cafe. The beach is fantastic as well. ##### David C.
