This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation. Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food. Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested. You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability. Considering there were Covid cleaning protocols, the condo could have used a deep clean. The corner of the balcony was covered in pigeon poop which left an odd odor and the carpet in the living room smelled like someone threw up. (It didn’t smell if you kept the AC at 70 any warmer and you could smell it. The floors needed a good mopping with hot water (Not a swifter which is in the cleaning closet) and there were Mountain Dew bottles under our bed and a load of dust and stuff. (I only looked under right before we left.) Overall, we had a nice time but the cleaning needs to be much improved. ##### Christina H.
