EXTERIOR FEATURES Shared Community Pool with Exterior Shower, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, 1 Parking Spot (2nd Spot Pending Availability, Not Guaranteed), Private Balcony, Non-Smoking, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Three): 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 Private Full Bath, 1 Full Bath (Shared Hall Access) PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. It was unfortunate that the kitchen didn’t come with other cookware like a frying pan or skillet. The pool also was not clean so the family did get to enjoy the pool. However with the beach being across the street it was and easy overlook. All in all the trip was great and we enjoyed staying at your property. How to rent from you in the future. The spaces are small and the entrance to the parking isn’t wide enough to make a turn into the space. We could not access Wi-Fi and our refrigerator was not cooling. I called the office, left a message, also called emergency # and left a message, sent a text & email. Got Wi-Fi running on Friday, never addressed the refrigerator.
