Oct 1, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Never got reply from host after we already paid My husband and I paid to stay here for the weekend for our family reunion and we never even heard from the host, which was especially problematic because there weren’t any check-in instructions. We paid the entire weekend, never heard from them, never gained access, and then when we contacted VRBO and they also couldn’t get ahold of the host, they told us they couldn’t guarantee us a refund.
