Upstairs there's a small loungeroom, a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with his balcony, second bedroom with single bed, and the third bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, this bathroom has access of two doors . There are fans for all bedrooms. From the kitchen you hav access to the indoor patio and from the patio you go directly to the outside space with his outside grill. Also with a covered outdoor kitchen with grill and a large dining table. The pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace with his garden furniture, sunbeds. Gardens and a water fountain with water lily flowers and fishes. This home is ideal for families and friends who want to have everything at hand and the experience of living in an authentic Mallorcan home. A restaurant with daily menus next to the house, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro at 10-15 minute drive. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und gepflegten Garten mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ist schon klasse. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat ist die Tatsache das es nur ein sehr gutes Zimmer mit Terrasse und modernem Bad inklusive Dusche gibt. Alle anderen Zimmer hängen der Zeit ein wenig hinterher und die Bäder sind nur mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Wir waren dort mit 7 Personen welche alle genau den gleichen Preis bezahlt haben, aber aufgrund der großen Unterschiede nicht das gleiche bekommen haben. Im Urlaub möchte man nicht über ungerechte Verteilung nachdenken müssen. Beispielsweise das untere Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus ist nur für Frühaufsteher, da es sehr laut ist wenn die Autos den Motor starten oder die Bauarbeiten gegenüber los gehen. Der öffentliche Bereich im Haupthaus ähnelt eher einem christlichem Museum welches ein wenig erdrückend ist, z.B. Jesus in lebensgrösse mit Kreuz auf dem Rücken… gruselig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und haben die Zeit in Can Bispe sehr genossen. Catalina und Gabriel sind großartige Gastgeber, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Es war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir freuen uns, auf bald! ##### Stefan H. Der Garten war wunderschön angelegt. Die Villa wirkte von außen fast unscheinbar und zeigte sich innen sehr herrschaftlich eingerichtet, man fühlte sich teils wie in einem Museum. Ein Grundriss im Vorhinein wäre toll, damit man sich Lage von Villa, Garten und Pool vorstellen kann. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht. ##### Kerstin S. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen vor Ort. Vom Pool aus konnte man das Meer sehen. Die sehr nette Vermieter war immer erreichbar bei Problemen oder Fragen. Durch die hohen Temperaturen von +37° war es leider Nachts im Haus auch sehr warm. Kommen gerne wieder. ##### daniel h.
