### Villa 'Cascina Voglietti' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Independent house of 170 sqm, completely renovated in rustic style with large garden, private pool open from May to September, covered parking space and equipped barbecue area. Liveable kitchen equipped with dishes, ceramic wood and gas stove, peninsula and 6-seater table, living room with sofas (one of which is a bed), bathroom with shower. On the second floor: 3 bedrooms with panoramic views of Murisengo and two bathrooms with shower. Every window in the house is equipped with mosquito nets. Air conditioning present on the second floor in the bedrooms.  
  
At your arrival you will find a welcome basket with our products and with local products. I am waiting for you in my little paradise.  
  
Surrounded by greenery within the property and away from the road, the house is positioned at the top of the hill from which you can enjoy an impressive view in all seasons. The country paths that start from the house allow for both walking and biking (reservations required) to reach the highest point of the property called Bric d'la Losna from which you can see landscapes and crops of the area, the Castle of Murisengo and, on clear days, the Alpine arc from Monviso to Monterosa. In the small but pleasant village 5 min drive away you can find grocery stores: a bakery, a pasta factory. two butcher shops, a pastry shop. In Murisengo there are 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco store, two banks, a clothing store. Murisengo is also a land of truffles; from October to December for truffle lovers it is possible to buy or taste white truffles in local restaurants. Strategic position to reach seaside and mountain resorts, close to cities such as Turin, Milan, Alessandria, Asti, Alba. At 10 km Cocconato one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
