Cosy resort "Egner", detached, surrounded by trees. 2 houses in the residence. 5 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Muralto - Locarno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 1.4 km from the lake, 2.3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: natural state property with lawn and plants, beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, central heating system. 400 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. 50 m footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at 50 m.
