Cosy resort "Egner", detached, surrounded by trees. 2 houses in the residence. 5 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Muralto - Locarno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 1.4 km from the lake, 2.3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: natural state property with lawn and plants, beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor shower, barbecue.
