This property offers 5 apartments within 2 houses, located on the outskirts of Muralto-Locarno, approximately 1 km from the town center. It enjoys a secluded, quiet, and sunny position on a slope, amidst a wooded area, 1.4 km from Lake Maggiore, and 2.3 km from the beach. The property features shared amenities such as a natural state garden, terraced lawn, and sunbathing area. Internet WiFi and parking facilities are available.
