This property offers 5 apartments within 2 houses, located on the outskirts of Muralto-Locarno, approximately 1 km from the town center. It enjoys a secluded, quiet, and sunny position on a slope, amidst a wooded area, 1.4 km from Lake Maggiore, and 2.3 km from the beach. The property features shared amenities such as a natural state garden, terraced lawn, and sunbathing area. Internet WiFi and parking facilities are available.

The property boasts a natural state property with a terraced garden adorned with lush lawns and plants, providing a perfect spot for sunbathing. Enjoy the serene surroundings and explore the walking paths that start directly from the house, leading you through the picturesque landscapes.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table for your convenience. The bathroom has a bath/WC combination. Heating is available to ensure your comfort. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and resort. Please note that this accommodation is suitable for families and non-smokers only.
