This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage has one double bed in each bedroom and one full bath. There is a full kitchen with microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster and everything you need to cook except for the food. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 2 additional people. The cottage is approximately 650 sq ft. This cottage is located just 2.5 miles east of Munising on M-28\. It is close to all area attractions. It is part of the Alger Falls Motel so there is someone on site from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. if you need additional housekeeping items of any kind or area information. Unfortunately this is not just near a busy road, it faces the road. If you are looking for a natural setting, this is only the case when you look at the cabin. If you sit on the small porch, the only outdoor space, you’re watching a main road and other businesses. Appliances and fixtures are older and in various states of disrepair but usable. Although we didn't do any cooking, there is ample supplies to do so. The beds are firm, but nice. This cabin is located on a busy highway, so if you are in the first bedroom, expect to hear traffic noise. The only things I would note is the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. It has a pull out bed, but the cushions are so mashed down it is difficult to get off of and you feel the bars of the bed. Also, the knob for the water in the shower is difficult to figure out as the temperature controls are not visible due to wear. It is close to Munising and area attractions.
