The S-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, the city centre of Munich is about 30 minutes away, and Ammersee lake is only 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. The A96 motorway (Lindau-Munich) is less than 5 minutes away. Shopping facilities are available in the neighbouring communities of Gilching and Germering. The flat, which has two rooms and a spacious, bright kitchen, was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located on the first floor of a detached house. It has a separate entrance and a large roof terrace. The flat is lovingly furnished. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa where you can relax, read books or watch TV. The living room also has two comfortable armchairs that can be folded out into beds in just a few simple steps. If you need to work on the computer, this is also possible at any time. There is a table in the kitchen and also in the bedroom. Wi-Fi is available. The real oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom gives the rooms a special, cosy character. The flat faces south-west, so the rooms are wonderfully bright from early afternoon onwards. In the evening, the roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the stars. There are many excursion possibilities in the 5-Lakes Region! We are happy to provide tips. Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinen Dorf/ Ortsteil. Da wir uns in der Gegend gut auskennen, war das für uns kein Problem, weil wir auch viel unterwegs waren. Direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn und die S-Bahn (10 Minuten zu Fuß) machen das leicht. Lärm davon konnten wir trotz offenem Fenster nachts nicht störend wahrnehmen.
