Hotel à décoration défraîchie, matelas et oreillers usés et très mous. Deux couettes séparées sur les deux lits. Attitude très agréable de l'homme à l'accueil le soir. L'attitude des employés au déjeuner est totalement inacceptable. Aucune courtoisie, aucun sourires et une impression de les déranger assez présente.

Très mal reçu, hôtel beaucoup trop grand (en deux bâtiment séparé) Sur internet il était bien mentionné une piscine disponible, or plus de piscine depuis très longtemps.

Personnel très serviable , a répondu à nos attentes. La chambre était bien , un gros inconvénient néanmoins concernant le 3ème lit. Le matelas était en deux parties et pas confortable du tout ... Résultat mal de dos le lendemain matin :-( Un remplacement rapide doit être planifié ! Le petit déjeuner , malgré un temps d'attente relativement long était très bon.

Dommage que la prestation n'ait pas été au niveau de l'excellent petit déjeuner et de son service associé.L appellation appartement familial est abusive, c'est une chambre aménagée qui perd alors son confort avec l'apport de lits enfants.Douches froides pendant la moité du séjour, pas idéal pour les enfants. L accueil est plutôt froid et c'est la première fois que l'on me demande mon numéro de carte bleue pour une chambre déjà payée.Leur sécurité prévaut sur celle du client et de ses moyens de paiement! Séjour famillial correct compte tenu du prix de la chambre(86 €) mais sans plus.

Joli Hotel de l extérieur et intérieur, les chambres bien mais sans plus! par contre un peu deçu car la chambre n etait pas equipe de clima et tres mauvaise connexion wifi. Il manquait des Linges dans la salle de Bain et des housses de Duvet!donc service pas trop au top! mais sinon correct pour le prix

This hotel was the perfect stay for us for our first couple of nights in Germany. The hotel was in a great location. Close to bakeries, restaurants within walking distance, and walking distance to ice cream in the evening (takes only cash!). The breakfast buffet was wonderful- we enjoyed delicious pastries, meats, cheeses and fruit. The beds were very comfortable and we would stay here again! Staff was friendly and helpful as well!

Service i restaurangen var riktigt dålig. 1 timmes väntan på barnens mat, besvärad kypare när man ville gör tilläggsbeställningar vilket borde vara positivt. Bad om ändring av en rätt pga allergi och fick till svars: det är för mycket att göra så vi kan inte göra någon special till er. Hotellet var hur fint som helst och rummet var bra. Matupplevelsen var däremot usel.

We arrived late, and they had a key waiting for us in the safe. The property is very nice but it was like a maze trying to find our room, the directions provided were not very helpful from the side entrance. The signs for the rooms are not visible. But, the rooms are really nice. Extra clean! The cleaning lady was, also, very kind. We barely had a signal for wifi in our room on the 1st floor in the main building. Guests chain smoked right below our room and we could smell smoke coming in through the window every morning.

We went to this hotel in the midnight since our flight got canceled. And the hotel sent messages to us to check on our arriving time and waited for us at 12:45am. The stuff are very friendly, room is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Will recommend to everyone.
