Great value

Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too. Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away. Nearby theres an excellent curry house and a few other eateries.

This hotel was in a fairly industrial area, which was not well represented in the description. There was a garage immediately in front of it that started banging at 0700. I wish I had known this when reserving.

Laut Internetseite mit Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant. Beides gab es spontan doch nicht. Kein Personal und Pokerparty abends. Uralte Unterkunft und Bad hat eklige Armaturen, kein heißes Wasser. Vorhang mit Rissen. Durchgelegene Matratze, lieblos. Liegt im hinterhof einer Autowerkstatt.. konnte 1 mal Essen bestellen und aufs Zimmer nehmen.

Das bei Hotels.com angepriesene Abendrestaurant und die Hotelbar gibt es schon lange nicht mehr und Frühstück unter der Woche nur bis 8.30 Uhr. Das Hauptproblem ist aber der Lärm bis tief in die Nacht im extrem hellhörigen Haus und davor im Hinterhof von Autowerkstatt und Spielhalle mit Parkplätzen in diesem Hinterhof. Ab 20.00 Uhr aber kein Hotelpersonal mehr da. Wir hatten bei unseren langfristigen Buchungen extra um Zimmer nicht zur Autowerkstatt gebeten und als Antwort erhalten, dass der Wunsch notiert sei. Erst vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass es Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad in solcher Lage gar nicht gibt. Nicht gelogen, aber ganz übles Verhalten.

Einfach aber sauber. Das Hauptproblem ist aber der Lärm im und vor dem extrem hellhörigen Haus, welches auch noch im Hinterhof einer Autowerkstatt und einer Spielhalle mit Ihren Parkplätzen liegt. Mal lärmen die Zimmernachbarn bis weit nach 2.00 Uhr nachts, mal lautstarkes unterhalte n der Raucher auf den zum Teil sogar überdachten Sitzplätzen direkt vor den Fenstern und mal stundenlanges lautes unterhalten der Spielhallenbesucher bei ihren Autos bis weit nach 1.00 Uhr nachts. Hotelpersonal ist ab 20.00 Uhr nicht mehr da. Für längere Aufenthalte oder erholsamen Städteurlaub völlig ungeeignet.

Yhteisvessat oletettavasti kaikissa huoneissa

Otin huoneen omalla kylpyhuoneella, no se tarkoitti vain että huoneessa oli suihkukoppi nurkassa. WC oli siis yhteis-WC jaettu kaikkien huoneiden kesken. Ovissa ei juuri äänieristystä niin käytävältä kuului paljon melua kun ihmiset kävi vessassa ja tupakalla yms. Kaikki hotellin parkkipaikat oli varattuja saapuessa, samassa pihassa on paljon kasinon parkkipaikkoja mutta oletettavasti niistä saa äkkiä sakot jos niihin jättää ajoneuvon. Onneksi olin liikkeellä moottoripyörällä niin sen sai jätettyä kulkuväylän sivuun eikä sakkoja tullut.

Den vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht zustimmen. Das Schlimmste sind die Gemeinschaft-WCs. im Flur, durch dessen Benutzung ständiger Lärm aufgrund der lauten, ungedämmten Türen entsteht. Die Rezeption ist meistens nicht besetzt, die Mitarbeiten sind jedoch sehr nett. Ich kann diese Pension leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

An sich ein wirklich schönes Hotel, auch für längeren Authehalt, das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat war die benachbarte Autowerkstatt. Aber wer damit kein Problem kann sich gönnen. Würde aber trotzdem wiederkommen 👍
