L'hôtel est tout neuf, la chambre très propre. Demandez une chambre sur la rue de côté, car sinon, en façade, il y a le tram qui est bruyant. Point noir: il fait trop chaud dans la chambre. L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, car il n'y a pas de salle à manger

Bon emplacement tout près de la gare et de la Karlsplazt. Excellent service. Nous avons pu obtenir une chambre dès 12h à notre arrivée. Grande chambre, bien insonorisée.

Hôtel tout neuf (ou tout refait à neuf), propreté impeccable. Bien situé (près de la gare centrale). J'avais la chance d'avoir une chambre donnant sur une petite rue calme, autrement la rue principale est bruyante à cause du tram. Seul problème: on ne peut pas régler la température du chauffage.

Excellent hôtel. Très près de tout; gare, SBanh, Marienplatz. Le service est parfait et le personnel accueillant. Toutefois, l'endroit est un peu bruyant car il y avait des travaux routiers majeurs juste en face de l'hôtel.

Close to all the attractions. Staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. And they allowed us to store our luggage on the property both before and after our stay. I gladly recommend this hotel to visitors to Munich.

Hotel is very close to central train station, on the way to the Old Town, very convenient for a short trip walking around. The room facilities are good. There is a tram passing by one of the roads, and you can notice it.

Nice hotel, close to everything
Great location: near the main train station, and all the transit you could want. Easy access to the airport on the S8 (right at the terminal) to Karlsplatz (Stachus) or Hauptbahnhof. Tip 1: buy the S8 ticket from machine in baggage claim. Tip 2: take the first train—S8 runs both direction and it makes very little difference in time. Tip 3: use the Bayerstraβe exit at Karlsplatz (Stachus), then straight ahead; it’s just that easy. Short walk to Marienplatz and the old town. Friendly was staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel does not have amenities, so if you need a hotel breakfast and bar…but with so much in the immediate area, why would you? I would stay here again!

Front desk staff was truly amazing, the gentleman behind the desk were able to guide us through the city center. Encouraging us areas that we should go visited. In all front desk personnel, and hotel staff were there to assist us. Highly recommended.

The hotel is modest but well equipped, very clean and the staff are a delight! We had a room for three adults and they took special care to be sure there were supplies for three. The location is excellent for walking and transportation. Its 90 meters from the central train station so a quick easy walk after your journey. Highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely select Bayers if we were coming back to Munich!

Less than I'd expect...
I definitely didn't arrive expecting a 5 star experience and it's not priced as such. However the cleanliness of this place leaves a lot to be desired. During my stay the house cleaning attended my room at least once. And presumably prior to my arrival. Despite that I found a plethora of hairs even on tiled surfaces; if your vacuuming / cleaning routine leaves hair on tiles I shudder to think what gets left behind in bedding and carpets. There was grime left on the tiles from who knows how many months or years ago. And dust over the fixtures. None of these are that major an issue but they're so trivial to clean I had no faith in the rest of the cleanliness. You might be fine with that but it's not what I was after or expecting. The location is convenient, right between Karlsplatz and the Hbf. The area looks a lot sketchier than it is; you'll encounter a lot of panhandlers but they're harmless.

A wealth of goodies to be found under the bed! I found a tablet, a euro, a collection of bottle lids, and a sock wrapper, just to name a few!
