This is a very basic hotel, but if that's all you need it's perfect. There were signs of wear and tear in the room, but nothing major and it was very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly too. Location was very good, with a lot of choice for restaurants and bars in the area.

The rooms are very basic. Make sure you pack shampoo and conditioner if you have long hair, they only provide a 3-in-1. Beds are super comfy. Staff are super helpful.

The location of this hotel is the draw, it is very close to the Alstadt and also to one of the main avenues where many of the tour buses leave from. The common areas of the hotel could use a facelift and some updating (the rug in our hallway was a little stained), however our room was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very small and could use some updating but it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was super helpful and responsive to any questions/requests that we had; every single person we interacted with was so nice.

Good location. Walking distance to Central station. Close to shops and restaurants. No shower curtain, water splash outside the tub, make floor slippery, my son tripped because of that. Although there’re two bathrooms, only one has a lock.

The location of the hotel is close to the shops, restaurants and tourist spots. The male receptionist was so helpful and told us where we should go. So happy to be in Munich. Not far from here are nice German restaurant worth the visit.

Hotel room was run down, which was not shown in the pictures. Toilet didn’t flush properly. There was a shower curtain which wasn’t pictured in any of the pictures which is a germaphobes nightmare. Chunk of hair was found in the bathroom while showering. Bathroom was full of rusty pipes coated in thick flaking paint. The location was great though.

Such a lovely stay! Realllyyyyy friendly front desk staff. So helpful and such a safe place to stay. Truly helped me out in a pinch. I would definitely stay again!! So central and free coffee and tea at the front. Was exactly what I needed. Thank you again!!

Good location, close to sites and restaurants. Room was fine, but very muggy with no airflow. There was no AC, which is fine, but not even a fan to move air. Window opened slightly, but room was noticeably hotter than the hallways. Shower was extremely small as well. Not bad for the price.
