Hotel is a former boarding house and still has many university students who were laid and had to be quieted down a few times. My son had to depart a day early but could not get a credit on his bill despite the room being rented out. They only clean once a week, so you are responsible for your room, if you need anything all you have to do is ask. The U-Bahn wasn't too far and it was easy to get to downtown Munich. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a small grocery store just out the front door, a restaurant 1 block away and a bakery by the U-bahn stop. A charming apartment complex who let me check in 4 hours early than stated. Staff at reception were lovely and a pleasure to engage with. It being a relatively "cheap" deal for Munich you do partially get what you pay for. The towels had a few markings on them and there is no AC so the room was more on the stuffy side, however again it being on the cheap side cant critique too much. Also abzüglich der Provision von Hotels.com/Expedia. Auch nach langen Diskussionen ging es nicht und die Rezeption hat mir erklärt, dass auch andere Hotels dies nicht tun. Es sei quasi unmöglich. Ich habe mir dann eine Rechnung vom Hotels.com-Support holen müssen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, ich bin immer morgens um 6 aufgewacht weil andere im Haus den Tag begonnen haben. Es gab eine Pod-Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer aber nicht mal einen pod Kaffee. Wäre eine nette Annehmlichkeit gewesen aber natürlich kein Muss.
