The 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room with open-plan kitchen and large dining area, 2 separate bedrooms for 2 people each, 1 bathroom and 1 guest WC as well as a sofa/sofa bed on the open gallery and thus offers space for a maximum of 6 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, TV and a garden area for communal use. The building in which the accommodation is located has a lift. In the surrounding area you will find many walking and cycling paths, a cosy cinema and great outdoor pool in Grafing, two beautiful forest playgrounds, several lakes, well-known cities such as Munich, Rosenheim, Wasserburg are within easy reach. The hostess also recommends events at the old cinema in Ebersberg/Alter Speicher or a visit to the indoor playgrounds and trampoline halls. Many brochures and flyers are available in the guest house to help you plan your excursions. Our guest house is located on an active farm with cattle farming, arable farming and a workshop. Our guests can see, hear and sometimes even smell us at work. We are very centrally located for travelling to the trade fair, Munich, the mountains or other tourist destinations in Upper Bavaria. Self-catering is very easy for our guests, as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and farm shops are in the immediate vicinity. Stays of more than 2 weeks are only possible on request. Public transport (S-Bahn - Eglharting station and bus) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Munich city centre can be reached in approx. 35 minutes. There are 12 parking spaces on the property. Pets and loud parties are prohibited in the house. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. There are rules to help guests separate waste correctly. We have installed water-saving features. Our electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. On request we can provide a high chair, changing table, baby cot, extra bed, iron, ironing board or hand mixer. Intermediate cleaning for stays of more than 1 week is available on request for a fee. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and the host, Anja, contacted us prior to us arriving at the train station stop indicating that she would pick all of us up at the train station and take us to the property. This was absolutely amazing that she offered as there were seven of us with all of our luggage. She and her husband picked all of us up upon oyr arrival and also took us all back to the train station stop upon our departure. It was a nice rural area that was close enough to the train station to allow you to get around easiky. Photos of the property are what you get when you arrive as well. Es ist eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete, moderne Wohnung mit alles, was das Urlauberherz sich wünscht. Das Haus ist neu renoviert. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.
