A good hotel in Mumbai’s business area in Andheri East. Their buffet spreads are excellent!

We had a early morning flight from BANGALORE and hence we reached the property around 9:30. The reception staff were really helpful in getting our rooms arranged within an hour even though our check-in time was at 12. They were courteous and friendly. We were a group of 9 including 2 infants. The rooms got arranged by 10 and we checked in. Their breakfast spread is decent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were good too. They even provided a proper mattress in my room since it was triple occupancy. House keeping staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Have to take name of Azudulla who was always available at a phone call away. He regularly checked if we need additional water bottles or coffee sachets etc. All together it was a great experience.

朝食のコスパ悪し
ホテルのお部屋は広めで綺麗でしたが、バスルームがあまり綺麗でないのと、狭さが気になりました。あとは宿泊費に対して朝食代が高過ぎると思いました。内容からしてもコスパが良いとはけっして言えないです。

The front desk staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. The facility itself was clean and safe. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide selection of food.

Food and cleanliness were good . The staff and n the hotel were good . The internet in the hotel is slow. The breakfast was good. Enough spaces were there for parking. They provided message while parking our vehicles.

In general okay - do not take a room on the 1st fl
The service is generally courteous and good. The hotel fell for the two things I asked for - a non-smoking room and a quiet room. The room was changed and even upgraded, but the location was above the dining room. At 1 am they began to clean and drag chairs up to 2 at night. Then at 6 am they began to prepare it. So I did not sleep. My recommendation is not to take a room on the first floor

A great, but short, stay.
Our flight was delayed which meant we didn’t get to the hotel until 04:30, but we were still greeted warmly and shown to our room which was much bigger than we’d expexted, It was actually quite posh for us! Breakfast was a buffet type and was plentiful. We would definitely recommend the Mirador, especially if you want to be close to the airport. It’s a shame we were only there for a few hours, but we hope to return some day.

We spent a layover night here and it was fine. Close to the airport, clean, safe, decent breakfast. The only downside was the long queues on checkout.

They don't like Expedia bookings
I was initially given a very poor room, dirty, noisy etc. At check-in the staff said "its an Expedia booking" and I was put in the first room on the first floor, looking directly at a wall, close to the elevator and noisy lobby, closest to the traffic noise. All round pretty awful! After complaining I was moved - to the level of room that I had originally booked. It was better but not what I had expected from the pics online. I would avoid this hotel in future.
