Has a garden space for relaxation purpose, all modern appliances and amenities, a full fledged kitchen with crockery. Maid and cook included. Situated in most centrally located place, Mahim West next to Hinduja hospital. Building has beach view. Excellent place to commute either on the south or suburb side. Joggers park is 1 min walking distance. Features: Relaxing and centrally located. Perfect for business logistics without compromising on tranquility. Premium luxury flat, situated on ground floor with garden. Flat is not sea-view but building is. u can experience the sea-view from the building promenade. Typically this is a plug and play model where you just come in with your clothes. There is also a maid who will do daily sweeping , mopping and utensils, all inclusive in rent. The maid has been trained on hygenic practices. Included in rent. There is also a Cook who shall make chapatis / rotis (max 10), 1 bhaji, dal and rice only once in the morning. Her professional fees are included in the rent. Consumables for the same u have to arrange at ur cost. Clothes can be washed in machine. The place is excellent for medical travelers, students or people/family on trip or business trip. This flat also comes with a garden view and a Pvt entrance to garden with 3 mother coconut trees.
