Sleeping up to 16 guests, this apartment is a holiday paradise. With five diverse bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space for everyone.

Bedroom 1 – 1 King bed, ensuite with shower over bath, TV, Reverse Cycle Split System   
 and Fan.  
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single bunks, sleeps up to 4 guests, Reverse Cycle Split System.  
Bedroom 3 - Tri bunk - sleeps up to three guests , Reverse Cycle Split System.  
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen bed , Fan, TV and Reverse Cycle Split System.   
Bedroom 5 - Tri bunk – Wardrobe and Reverse Cycle Split System.  
  
The living space is spread out in the open-plan lounge with an 8-seater dining table and comfy 6-seater couch.   
When you're ready to soak up some sun, step out to the balcony and enjoy those breathtaking lake views while firing up the gas BBQ.

Bookings must be made via Anne onduring business hours 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday, at time of booking.  
  
Due to Strata Plan 37724 - No boat trailers are to be left or parked within the Complex. There is vacant land opposite for trailer parking.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  
  
Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

#### Perfect stay for larger groups

Very impressed with how the property was presented, large space to accomodate large groups. Everything was within a short walk so no need for taxis. Great view from balcony. Nikki and the team were very helpful with the check in process and promptly answered any questions we had.
