A stone's throw from the city center, near the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 78m² apartment, completely renovated in the spring of 2023\. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no elevator). This apartment has: a fully equipped bright kitchen (fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) from where you will have access to a balcony. a living room with a dining area and a lounge area equipped with a television a first bedroom with two single beds. a second bedroom with two single beds. a third bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding. a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine a separate toilet All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection Parking in rue du oak and neighboring streets is possible with payment by parking meter (1.8€/h). The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a free on-street parking area. The Porte Jeune public car park is 200m from the accommodation with a price of 15€ for 24 hours. This car park has a maximum height of 1m90, and you can find charging stations for electric cars there. Your stay in a few figures: 500 m walk from the historic center, 250m walk from the Porte Jeune shopping center, 15 minutes walk from Mulhouse train station come with a toddler? You can book an approved baby cot for a child under 3 years old and 15 kg as an option at 30€. (Bed linen not provided for the cot, possibility of booking it as a paying option). Location: this accommodation is located in a quiet area of Mulhouse, close to amenities and main attractions. You will find restaurants, shops and public transport within walking distance of the apartment. Mulhouse is renowned for its rich industrial heritage, particularly in the textile and automotive industries. You can learn about this fascinating history by visiting the Cité de l'Automobile, which houses one of the largest car collections in the world, including the famous Schlumpf collection. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
