Rooms are only around 15 USD and everything is very clean and modern. The rooms have a small balcony for smokers to go to. Everything is build in and well planned. The walls are stark white so it's a little institutional. No room service or coffee shop. The main problem with Mukdahan was that the hotel is a mile from the river and good restaurants and there's no public transport at night. There are some cheap restaurants in the area and it's near the bus station.
