The cosy Austrian interior makes you feel right at home. Prepare your favourite dinner in the kitchen or relax in the private sauna. The bedrooms, one of which is located on the mezzanine, are very comfortable. Thanks to its location on the main road, everything is close by. Together with your loved ones, you will experience the most wonderful days of the year here! At about 750 metres from the chalet is the centre of Mühlbach. Here you will find a supermarket for your daily groceries, some nice après-ski bars and a very good restaurant where you can enjoy local dishes. This is easily accessible by the through road where the chalet is located. The area of the Hochkönig owes its name to the 2.941 meter high mountain, which is part of a beautiful mountain massif. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the 120 km long skiing area. The slopes are wide and generally quiet. Therefore, you can make exciting ski tours. For the experienced skier or snowboarder, there are no less than 3 fun parks and freeride possibilities. The Hochkönig is part of the Ski Amadé umbrella ski region. The Snow Space Salzburg and Schladming-Dachstein areas are also part of this. In summer, you can hike or mountain bike to endless destinations Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Das war sehr ärgerlich, denn vor allem wegen der 5 Schlafzimmer haben wir diese Ferienwohnung gewählt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr wertig. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war es nicht sauber, wir haben Gegenstände vom Vormieter gefunden und in einem Oberbett waren Blutflecken. Insgesamt schien die Wohnung nicht gut gepflegt zu werden, beispielsweise hatten wir in einem Badezimmer kein Licht. Der Saunabereich im Keller ist sehr schön. Die Sauna selbst ist angenehm groß (bis 4 Personen genutzt) und mit der großen Fensterfront super schön. Ein kleiner Tipp noch... unbedingt zum Essen ins Restaurant "Heimatküche" gehen. Sehr leckere Speisen von hoher Qualität, cooles Konzept und freundliche Bewirtung! ##### Gesa A. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Kerstin T. 14 août 2023 #### Wunderschönes Haus mit kleinen Makeln Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Es war grundsätzlich geputzt aber in den Details ist es einfach schlecht gepflegt. Die Gummilippen in allen Duschen hatte schwarze Ränder, Fliesen sind gerissen, an der Decke waren zum Teil Spinnweben, vor den Fenstern auch, der Staubsauger stand vor Dreck und war nicht zu benutzen. Unsere Laken und Handtücher waren zum Teil verschmutzt. Sie wurden dann natürlich ausgetauscht (durch welche mit Löchern). Die Dame vor Ort war sehr bemüht, immer ansprechbar und hat schnell reagiert. Trotzdem würde ich das Haus so vermutlich eher nicht wieder buchen. Schade. ##### Kerstin T.
