« The hotel is grand, though old-fashioned. I enjoyed the lobby with its unique board games and free hot drinks machine. We discovered later there are also vending machines behind the elevators. The main attraction is the onsen. After I sprained my knee skiing, I went to the onsen on the 12th floor of the Hana Momiji hotel, which is connected on the 4th floor. The buffet breakfast and dinner had good variety and everything was well-prepared. The salon also had some nice desserts, and their...

« 사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요\~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! »

« the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice. »

« Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. When the auto-lock on our door stopped working (probably low battery), they were very responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. Overall a smooth and...

« The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

« Don’t stay here. This place looks nice in the pictures but is full of black mold. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload them. The sheets and comforters were dirty and we found medicine packets on the floor and fake eyelashes in the bed. Also, pee stains all over the matress. I asked to leave when we first walked in and the owner said absolutely not. No refunds! »

"Peut-être l’un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville. Très propre, avec un excellent accueil. Le seul petit inconvénient est qu’il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville : il faut compter environ 15 à 20 minutes de marche. Mis à part cela, rien à redire, l’hôtel est irréprochable."
