The entrance to the beach is between the shops opposite the apartment. Park your car and forget it. Plenty of rural walks nearby. A large number of our recent clients have been from US. There is a coach (John Mcginley- route 933) travels from Dublin Airport (Coach Park -Zone 16) or Dublin City (Parnell Sq) to Moville and the drop off is just yards from the apartment (big tree stop). Departs Dublin Airport 9.45 arriving outside apartment at 15.00 hrs. Several bus routes to Derry, Letterkenny and other. NOTE- 30% discount for bookings over 28 days. The lounge is designed for comfort. The TV has UK free view channels. There is super fast WiFi and Netflix. The apartment is on the 1st floor- just one flight of stairs. There are two bedrooms, a king size bed in one and bunk beds in the other. A travel cot and highchair for baby is supplied. A generous sized shower room. Bedrooms have blackout curtains. The newly fitted seaside kitchen boasts a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is plenty of on street parking with no restrictions. To see the standard of our properties look at the Fort on VRBO 854298\. Derry airport is a 35 minute drive away and Derry about 30 minutes drive. Moville is ideally located for exploring the various beaches on the Inishowen peninsula. The location is excellent, right in the center of this charming town. Moville’s shore path is a lovely, gorgeous walk along the lake, we walked it most days. There are local buses to take to Derry or other nearby towns, easy to use the app to check timetables and buy tickets (TFI Go app). The apartment was well equipped for a great stay, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, if you wish. The bed and couch were fine, comfort-wise. There are shops and restaurants right outside the door. The WiFi was excellent. We stayed for a month and were very happy and comfortable! There are several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and picturesque Lough Foyle is just a block or so away. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you could need for a short stay, including kitchen utensils and appliances, and the lighting is bright and well-positioned. The wireless internet is fast and reliable. There are beds for four people (one double and two singles, one of which is a bunk bed), plus a comfortable sofa that could sleep one more. There are also many thoughtful touches like extra bathroom supplies in the closet, cleaning supplies under the sink, and plenty of plates and glasses. In adddition to the local shops, there are vendors for fresh vegetables and for fish who set up once a week just outside in the square. There's also a store selling organic vegetables about a block away from the apartment (near the post office). If you don't have a car there is a local taxi for getting around, but be aware the driver only takes cash. (A Bank of Ireland with a 24hr ATM is just across the street.) There are local buses to Letterkenny in Donegal and to a few more distant destinations that stop just across the square at the coffee shop. The apartment is on the 1st floor (that's the floor above the ground floor) and the stairs in the building are fairly steep and narrow, so this property wouldn't be appropriate for those with mobility difficulties. Other than that, it would be great for any couple or family. The fishing village of Greencastle is 5km to the north, with a ferry to Northern Ireland in the summer. The border is about 20km away to the south and the nearest major city is Derry, 30km south in N.I. (UK). Note that you will need UK pounds, not euros to shop in Northern Ireland. If you're travelling in the north to Donegal, Derry or the Inishowen peninsula, this is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended! ##### J.D. G.
