### Charming Cottage with Private Garden, Family Friendly, Near Historical Sites

The cottage is located in the owners' garden. It has been converted into a fully restored outbuilding. You have your own private part of the garden, hidden from the main house. Parking is available in the courtyard or on the street.  
  
Ground floor: living room, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and toilet.  
  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) - Shower room with toilet.  
  
Landscaped garden with spring and stream. Private garden (400m²) with barbecue and games, games room, and bicycle storage.  
  
All charges included (sheets, towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning).  
  
For pet-friendly accommodation, it is necessary to contact the owners in advance, as they own cats. In the center of a charming village in the Green Picardy region, close to all shops and the historic sites of Chantilly (21 km), Senlis (29 km), and Beauvais (25 km).  
  
The cottage is located 400 m from the village center with its shops and bakeries.  
  
Enclosed garden, forest, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, business use, barbecue, DVD player, TV, microwave, parking, garden furniture, terrace, garden, pets allowed, pet deposit, cleaning fee included, children's games, linens provided, all-inclusive rates, detached house.
