Lina opens the doors of an authentic traditional Bresse farm (having preserved its old facade), nestled in a "belvedere" on a mini hill overlooking a vast field of crops on the edge of a small forest bordered by a bucolic river full of fish. Total tranquility, nestled in a small rural hamlet scattered in the heart of the Bresse countryside, in the hollow of a soothing preserved setting of nature & greenery (protected in ZNIEFF for its fauna & flora riches), a stone's throw from a vast wild forest dotted with large ponds (protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" for their exceptional biotopes, particularly ornithological, because they are home to very rare species). 100% soothing setting. Literally a haven of peace & rest. Possibility of observing wildlife (deer, hares, foxes, pheasants, etc.). Comfortable gîte. Large living room where an authentic & masterful medieval cast iron fireplace plate with "coat of arms" sits enthroned. Warm character mixing country atmosphere with contemporary touches & wooded mountain spirit. Cozy & cozy. Beautiful flowery & very neat property of 1500m² (grassed, wooded & planted) with a beautiful panoramic terrace, a small pond, a "mini" aromatic garden (available to guests) as well as various small spaces designed for relaxation & rest. Authentic traditional Bresse farm revisited as a comfortable holiday home, nestled in the peace and quiet on a pleasant, very well-kept property of 1500m², in the heart of a peaceful little rural hamlet, 12 km from the charming market town of Pierre-de-Bresse, labeled "Cité de Caractère de Bourgogne Franche Comté" (renowned Ecomuseum nestled in a sumptuous 17th century castle, numerous shops & amenities on site including supermarkets and very good level of sports & leisure facilities). Total tranquility, nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside (in an area classified as a ZNIEFF for its rich ecosystems), a peaceful, preserved setting combining agriculture and nature, in the hollow of a vast, hilly bocage plain dotted with numerous ponds and vast wild forests, very close to the banks of the Doubs (a natural site protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone", a paradise for fishermen and kayakers as well as nature lovers), "at the foot" of the first mountainous foothills of the Jura massif.
