Our idyllic retreat serves as your gateway to a plethora of natural wonders, just a mere 1.8 miles from the exhilarating Chattooga River for whitewater rafting, and the awe-inspiring Issaqueena Falls is 3 miles from your doorstep. Venture a bit further, and within 15 miles, you'll find destinations like the vibrant Highlands, NC and more

Step into a world of unmatched comfort and modern convenience with our 2020 Keystone Cougar 37TBS RV, located on a spacious property adjacent to a sprawling 65-acre farm. As you arrive, you'll immediately sense the peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by unspoiled nature and scenic views.

With ample parking and an open layout, you'll find plenty of room to relax and explore. Our Keystone Cougar 37TBS is a state-of-the-art RV designed with your comfort in mind. You'll find ample space, modern amenities, and tasteful décor.

Unwind in the spacious living area equipped with cozy furnishings and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring high-quality appliances for you to prepare delicious meals just like at home.  
  
Bunkhouse  
  
Perfect for families, the RV features a separate bunkhouse that can comfortably sleep several people, making it a haven for kids or extra guests.  
  
Outdoor Living

You'll have full, unrestricted access to every nook and cranny of the RV, from the modern, fully-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area and the separate bunkhouse. Feel free to use all the amenities and appliances as you would in your own home.  
  
Outdoor Amenities  
The outdoor living space is equally at your disposal. This includes the outdoor grill for all your BBQ aspirations, and of course, the inviting fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the star-studded sky. You'll also have the freedom to roam the large property and enjoy the pastoral views of the adjacent 65-acre farm.  
  
Parking  
Ample parking space is available for your vehicle, ensuring easy access to your temporary home and the surrounding attractions.

\*\*\*\*\*New WiFi line currently being installed and Wi-Fi will be available\*\*\*\*\*We are a mountain property. We do have cell service through several carriers. We use Hot Spots for online work. We suggest programming in the address in wifi calling on your phone until your sure your carrier service is working properly here on the mountain. We are happy to help you in any way to make sure you are all set!
