My only comment is that it felt a little strange to have no available window coverings on the back half of the loft, especially at night. Also it would be nice to have more light blocking in the bedroom. It had so much storage space for the guest (a large, empty walk-in closet) that it would be a very nice place to stay for a longer stay, not to mention the monogrammed bathrobes! The only negative thing is that the train that comes near town blows its whistle. The locals are used to it but it would wake me up. I can’t fault the host for that. The property is managed to enhance your stay. Communication was timely and personable. Small details were added to make you feel welcome and cared for. Snacks, coffee and fresh flowers on arrival. Books, puzzles, WiFi and YouTube TV for entertainment. It is a block off main street across from a grocery store, making dining in or out convenient. It is one of the best places I've ever stayed in! It was perfect for my husband and I--great communication with host, easy check-in, immaculately clean, beautiful modern features, wonderful open layout, exceptionally comfortable, quiet, excellent location (walkable to everything we needed in town like restaurants and a market on the corner that made great deli sandwiches for our hikes), and an amazing kitchen filled with every high end appliance you could ever dream of! As a coffee enthusiast, I was super excited to be able to make expresso drinks in the morning. Such a special treat and delicious coffee included, thank you!! Every detail was so well thought out to make our stay extra special. So appreciated! We always enjoyed coming back to the loft at the end of our day and sitting outside on the balcony to enjoy the incredible view of Mt Shasta.
