Welcome to Your Home Away From Home!

Located right in the heart of Mt Pleasant , this completely renovated condo is everything you need for the perfect vacation, family gathering, or getaway. Newly renovated from top to bottom , it includes 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms accompanied by a fabulously appointed kitchen complete with granite countertops and new stainless appliances. In unit washer and dryer is provided as well as a hi-def TV. The community has an on-site pool as well as being close to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. You will be walking distance to many restaurants as well as just minutes from Boone Hall Plantation, Patriot's Point, and historic downtown Charleston. STR License STR240312 Bus license 20126810

A Pleasant Stay in Mt. Pleasant

We can't say enough about this property. My family said l picked well. Located across the bridge from downtown Charleston in Mt. Pleasant. Set in a quiet community. The property is clean and equipped with many amenities that you can use. There is a toaster oven, blender, two types of coffee maker. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, and boogie boards. A pool is just around the corner. Close to many places. There is a Publix across the major road. Many local restaurants along with chain restaurants. Close to Shem Creek and it's many great restaurants. Be sure to take a sunset cruise on a catamaran from Shem Creek.The retired aircraft carrier, Yorktown is close. Also the excursion boat to Fort Sumter. The Boone Plantation,where many films were shot is close by. Communication with the property manager is excellent. Answered all our inquires promptly. We would definitely book a stay here again if we ever visit the Charleston area.

Very comfortable

This home is exactly as described. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything was clean, all necessities were provided for our entire stay, and the beds were comfortable. The owner even provided a basket of snacks. We enjoyed the pool one evening after a long, hot day of exploring Charleston. The location is great! Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute drive. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Comfortable home away from home

Traveled to SC for a wedding/vacation. 3 couples stayed very comfortably...key was having the 3 bathrooms for getting ready. Community pool was an added bonus. The central location in Mt Pleasant was perfect and easy to get to Charleston, Isle of Palm, Summerville. Area has a nice variety of stores and restaurants. Close to Folly Beach, Isle of Palm Beaches. Chris was very helpful through our entire stay and available to answer any questions.

Perfect location and great price!

The location is fantastic, condo is very clean, host is super helpful, and it is safe. We were able to do several historical visits and eat at some amazing restaurants all within 20 minutes of the condo! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Property was correct as described. Had alittle difficulty finding the correct unit. Also the internet was spotty but that was due to Infinity which is out of their control. Just be aware if you need a constant internet connection.

This was a nice house perfect for a family of 6. It’s centrally located for everything we did. It was clean and we loved having the ability to do laundry since we were gone from home for 10 days. Charleston family vacation

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable and very well located! We were within 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and most of the beaches. We appreciated that the property had beach towels and some beach chairs , since we flew in and didn’t have any of those things with us. We had a little patio and could spend some morning time outside! The neighborhood was safe and there was a variety of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would highly recommend this property!
