Located just off of Rifle Range Road, location won't be an issue being in close proximity of both downtown and the beaches. Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Silver Lotus features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats, breakfast bar with 4 seats, and spacious yet cozy living room with high ceilings and large smart TV. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are located on the ground level with two full bathrooms, and the other two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with two more full bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat-screen Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the first level. Screened in patio great for entertaining and grassy fenced in yard, great for kids and family time. Stainless steel BBQ Grill completes the backyard setup. Guests will have access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the main house. The garage and the parking spots in front of the garage are not for guests use. You can park two cars on the street in front of the home, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. Be sure to allow access to the wheelchair-accessible portion of the sidewalk. Everything was very nicely furnished, in the kitchen, linens, etc! My only comment might be that the upstairs TVs didn’t work. We tried both of them, all different combinations of the remotes, and cable or the apps, etc. However, it was late at night, and not necessary to contact the Concierge Team. The place was nice, bright and spacious. The kitchen was our meeting point, it is the center of the house. There was more then enough space for my family. If you wanted to be by yourself you could find a place for that or if you wanted to be with your group there was a place for that. The bathrooms are clean and big, each bedrooms has their own bathroom and it not some small space. The décor was just right not over the top, the floors were clean. We grilled in the back, you are able to sit outside on the deck that is enclosed. You are close to stores, we did have to drive a ways to get to Ferry Beach. The only issue we had was only 1 of the TV's had cable the other TV's you had to have some kind of streaming service. ##### Safiy H. I would recommend a wifi extender for the upstairs bedrooms and a thorough cleaning of the outside of the house where lots of spider webs and bugs have made a mess. Take your beach towels as Sullivan's Island beach is only 20mins away and a lovely place to visit. This is a new development so the Uber drivers have a hard time finding. ##### Tourang N.
