Unless you like walking, bring golf cart or ATV to commute roads. Most of the listed items were available in condo. Surface cleaning at best was done prior to arrival, although I do appreciate pest control as I would of expected more trouble given the area. Bed mattresses were far from comfortable. I had to stretch my back every morning for 15 minutes to help with tightness/pain from mattresses sinking in so far. We did enjoy the area and the lake. Very beautiful lake. ##### Ben B. The property was clean but could use some updating. It was very comfortable and homey. The owners have done a good job stocking it with supplies, but kitchen could use a large pot for family cooking! Also, the listing says it sleeps 5, but my son had to sleep on the couch. I thought it was going to be a pullout, but it wasn’t.
