« This was a great location. Next to the lake, close to mines and still just a short drive to Hot Springs to enjoying the activities there. Condo had absolutely everything needed to make it feel like a home. My husband loved the choice to grill on either charcoal or gas. A somewhat remote and quiet area but delivery from Instacart was available. We loved the deer that visited every morning. Fantastic vacation for the adults and late teens alike. Thanks Sami Grace for being a wonderful host! Thanks...

« We were here with friends to see the eclipse. Beautiful natural setting to see this beautiful natural occurrence. The balcony view overlooking the Ouachita River is as good or better than the pictures. Lovely and spacious interior. Room to park two vehicles in the garage. The pool table downstairs is a bit worn and in a tight space, but still usable. This was a great place to stay away from it all out in the hills of western Arkansas. »

« The house was clean, well thought out. The carport/patio was great for grilling and game nights. The screened in porch was nice to sit and relax. The outdoor fire pit was nice and the fire table was awesome also. The deck over the small creek was nice to sit and relax while the kids can play. We had one small problem when we first got there and the owners were on it quick and resolved it before we could even unload. Extremely nice people. Only "BIG" problem we had was we didn't want to leave....

« We love Mountain Harbor and always stay here when we visit our son in Mt. Ida. This unit was clean and well maintained. We love the screened in porch. The furniture was all very comfortable. The host is a great communicator and accommodated some travel issues were had. I look forward to staying here again! »
