This property is a renovated 2 story barn with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 separate living rooms, and laundry with Samsung washer/dryer. Lots of space for parking and enjoying the freshly cut grass and sunshine. This property is locally and operated by the individual who built this barn so many years ago for son’s days in the rodeo.

Please note no WiFi at property.

Feels like home

For a couple of years now we have been staying here. When we turn the lock it is just like entering home. We love to sit in the chairs out front and listen to the crickets . In the mornings we enjoy watching the birds. We love the country setting but yet close enough to everything. We are very thankful that the owners open the barn for people to enjoy!

The Barn

We come to the barn twice a year ! When we open the door it’s like coming home . We love to sit on the front porch and listen to nature and just rock our stress away . The couple who own it are just as sweet and we feel like they are family . We always enjoy seeing them and chatting with them. It’s convenient to town but is located out of town and has the nature we love .

One of the best VRBOs my family has enjoyed. Very serene environment, inside and outside. The house is beautifully decorated. We’d stay there again, if our travels carry us again towards this VRBO.

A wonderful weekend

Upon arrival it felt like we were home . The grounds are neatly kept and when you open the door it is breathtaking and very clean and you feel right at home. It is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the crickets and the birds and just the peacefulness of the country. The owners are wonderful people and so down to earth! We have come to think of them as friends and family. This trip we were blessed to have our granddaughter and her husband come spend the weekend with us. They fell in love with the place we just chilled out around the house catching up. The home is beautifully decorated with antiques , and everything you need to cook with is furnished . David have a wonderful birthday and Sue we thank both of y’all for taking time out and visiting with us. We enjoyed the visit and can’t wait to come back in Nov.

Moultrie getaway

Upon arrival it was very cold stepped into the house and it was warm and cozy and made you feel at home . The property outside was gorgeous and very well manicured, it was a beautiful country setting and quite at night you were able to hear nature sing to you . While there we had the pleasure of meeting the owners , they were very sweet and made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. It was our first time staying in a home while visiting up there and now we can’t wait to go back up and stay at the Jacob’s farm house again . Their hospitality and their place are very beautiful. The Jacob’s are very personable and superb hostesses and make you feel at home and comfortable!
