4 km from Cannes, on the heights of the old village of Mougins, beautiful villa with panoramic views of the hills and the sea overview. Private land of 1000m². Heated swimming pool (9m x 4m) in supplement. Large terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs. 1 car garage. Parking for 1 car. All amenities 200m. Beaches 6 km.  
  
Provencal stone farmhouse of about 150m² on 3 levels air conditioning in the bedrooms.  
On the ground floor: Vast living / dining room, TV room with TV (TNT), Internet, HI-FI. American equipped kitchen.   
Upstairs: Air-conditioned master bedroom with 1 double bed (160), bathroom / shower. Separate WC.   
On the garden level: 1 air conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (150), shower room / WC, exit to the garden / swimming pool. 1 air conditionned bedroom with 1 double bed (160), shower room / WC, exit to garden / swimming pool. Equipped summer kitchen, BBQ.  
  
Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
