Indoor terrace: the large terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends.  
  
Exterior and communal areas: the complex features a swimming pool for adults and another for children, a gym, and a children's playground. It also boasts green areas and golf courses in the surrounding area.
