### Villa with Private Pool Near Beach

This lovely villa with a swimming pool has a great location near the golf course and the beach by the sea. It is particularly suitable for sun holidays with family or friends. The beach is only a 200 m walk from the villa and you can spend days lazing in the sun. Los Moriscos Club de Golf is a stone's throw from the house and you can go hiking, water sports, and snorkeling in the region. Moreover, there are plenty of cozy restaurants for an unforgettable evening out for dinner. The holiday home on the Spanish Costa Tropical has a nice terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. You can relax in the hammock after a cooling dip in the private outdoor pool. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom.   
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
