The space

Our apartment offers a bright living-dining room with a cozy lounge area, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city. The spacious sofa, coffee table, and SMART TV create the perfect spot to watch a movie or simply unwind. Central air conditioning ensures maximum comfort year-round.

The dining area includes an elegant round table with upholstered chairs, perfect for family meals in a warm and modern setting. From here, you can access the large private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs—ideal for breakfast outdoors, a coffee break, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.

The contemporary-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. An island with stools adds a functional and stylish touch, perfect for energizing breakfasts.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and elegant décor, and the secondary one with a single bed and a pull-out bed, ideal for children or companions. There are also two full bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—both fully equipped.

Additional amenities include WiFi, private parking, and access to the communal pool surrounded by gardens, where you can cool off and make the most of the Tropical Coast’s climate.
