"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "아주 친절하고 깨끗한 컨디션이에요. 새벽 4시에 도착했는데 프론트에 2분이 계셔서 무사히 체크인 할 수 있었어요. 궁전같은 ㅁ자형 건축물이라 가운데 정원을 바라보는데 너무 좋았어요. 주차는 바로 옆에 일40유로에 댔는데, 널널하니 밤에도 주차 가능했습니다. "
