Parties and events are not allowed on the property.  
  
2️⃣ 🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance  
Guests are expected to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness. This includes:  
✔ Not leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen.  
✔ Not accumulating excessive trash in the bins.  
✔ Avoiding stains on the floors and walls.  
If additional cleaning is required after check-out, an extra fee equal to the cleaning cost of the reservation will be applied.  
  
3️⃣ 📞 Communication for Local Guests  
Local guests must contact the host before making a reservation.  
  
4️⃣ 🚷 Unregistered Visitor Restrictions  
Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. Any visit not included in the reservation will incur an additional charge according to the current extra guest rate.  
After 10:00 PM, any unregistered visitor will be considered an additional guest and must be registered for the entire stay. The corresponding fee will apply for the full duration of the reservation.  
  
5️⃣ 👶 Family-Friendly  
Children and babies are welcome, but their number must be specified in the reservation.  
  
6️⃣ 👥 Maximum Capacity  
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 8 at any time.

By booking, you agree to the following additional fees in case of non-compliance:  
✔ Smoking inside the property: $200 USD if smoking is detected inside the accommodation.  
✔ Late check-out without authorization: $30 USD if not requested in advance.

Any violation of the house rules may result in the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
